Unmanaged Hosting

Yes, with some caveats. You can copy an exact duplicate of your site through several methods once you are on cPanel hosting with full access. Support at all levels does not cover installation of your site on another host.
Please note that several plugins and your default theme are licensed software that will stop functioning once you move to a new host. You can purchase most of these for yourself but added together, their price will exceed our annual hosting rates. Please contact us before moving if you are unsure what plugins are applicable on your site.
Basic support includes includes support for your underlying hosting platform only. We will ensure that all systems are operational and functioning at optimal capacity. Support requests for plugins and the theme provided by the Weeknight Website platform will also be provided.
Premium support includes additional best-effort support for third party plugins, themes, and WordPress, cPanel (email configuration, DNS settings, disk usage, etc.), and any other hosting related issues. This support is recommended if you are not a DIYer.
You can upgrade your plan at any time by contacting support; however, we are not able to downgrade plans.
An independent hosting account means security is in your hands. Strong passwords and up-to-date software are the strongest defense against malware. If your site is compromised, unfortunately we typically will need to suspend the site until you are able to remove the malware in order to protect our network from being blacklisted. We do offer cleanup services on a per-incident basis; however, it will not be as cost effective as our Business plan.
Your existing subscription continues until the end of the term you have paid for. The new plan requires an up-front setup fee of $99 plus the amount of the new play that you select. Your subscription renewal date will then be extended to your current plan's end date plus one year.
No, this option requires an annual commitment.
We have partnered with Stripe as our new payment processor. All new customers and those wishing to transition to this plan will move to Stripe for payment processing. Stripe offers a variety of options for payment. We will cancel your PayPal subscription after you have moved to the new system.
